For infants and toddlers aged between three months and three years, it's advisable to reach out to us if their temperature reaches 102 degrees Fahrenheit or more. For children who are three years old and above, a fever at 103 degrees Fahrenheit or higher indicates that it's time to contact Pediatrics East. Additionally, if a fever of 102 degrees Fahrenheit or above persists for more than two days, we recommend giving us a call as well.
