While many individuals might experience brief moments of lucidity during their dreams, true lucidity is something that most people encounter only very infrequently, if at all. Studies of dream logs indicate that lucidity manifests, on average, in just one or a few dreams out of every hundred. Furthermore, approximately 20% of the population reports experiencing lucid dreams at least once a month.
